We are pleased to announce that we are one of five growers to win the 2007 Mid-Atlantic Master Farmer Award. This award, co-sponsored by American Agriculturist magazine, and by the Cooperative Extension of Pennsylvania , Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and West Virginia, is considered the "Academy Awards" Lifetime Achievement Award of Agricuture. We are the first organic growers to be presented with the award in New Jersey. The Mid-Atlantic Master Farmer Award was established to recognize "outstanding management, land stewardship and community role models". This will be our Sixth year operating our organic CSA, which is a 16-week program. We offer three basket sizes to choose from: large, Medium and mini. Beginning in early July, members of the program will come to the farm once a week and fill their baskets from a selection of various certified organic vegetables and herbs.
